Luminary Consulting was founded in London in 2008 by Dr. Helena Marsh, a former organisational psychologist at UCL, who believed that the most powerful driver of business performance is not strategy or technology — it is people.

What began as a boutique one-to-one coaching practice in Mayfair has grown into a team of over 40 accredited coaches and consultants serving clients from Edinburgh to Exeter, from start-ups to global corporations.

Our reputation has been built on one thing above all else: results that last. We do not offer quick fixes or generic programmes. Every engagement is tailored, evidence-based, and designed to create meaningful, sustainable change.

Dr. Helena Marsh opens Luminary Consulting, initially offering one-to-one executive coaching to City professionals.

2012

ICF Accreditation Achieved

First UK boutique firm to achieve ICF Organisational Accreditation, validating our approach to evidence-based coaching.
